Shipping and Delivery:

Order Processing:

  1. Domestic Order: We process all domestic orders within 1 business day, except Sunday or any public holiday. You can expect the delivery of your product within 3–5 business days.

  2. International Orders: All international orders will be processed within two business days, except Sunday or any public holiday. You can expect the delivery of your product within-------. We are shipping to these countries-

  3. Tracking your Order: You will receive a confirmation email from Trehi Organics with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the status of your order on our logistic service website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping Charges:

  • Please note that the shipping charges are applicable to both domestic and international orders. However, we do offer free shipping for international orders valued at ___ USD or above. For orders less than ___ USD, there will be a shipping charge of ___USD. The exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that for international shipments, the customs charges or any handling rates will be shared at the time of delivery by our logistic partner. These charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Your product may be subjected to any customs duty or import duty upon arrival in your destination country.
  • We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to your international orders. Please note that the displayed shipment cost during checkout excludes any customs or import duties charged by the destination country. The customer will be liable to pay for these additional charges upon delivery of the shipment.
  • If you refuse to pay these applicable charges upon arrival of the international shipment, Trehi Organics will deduct the full return duty charges while processing your refund.
