Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or damaged items. We understand that choosing the right product is important, therefore we kindly ask that you review the below return and refund policy before making a purchase.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.If you received a damaged or tampered product, please inform our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. For a prompt resolution, it is best to send clear images and videos, as it will help us to address your concerns swiftly.

• For any product quality complaints, please contact our customer care within 7 days of your order delivery. Trehi Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or the wrong application will not be covered under our exchange or return policy.
