The Jaw Tension You're Ignoring Might Be Causing Your Puffy Face & Dark Circles

A woman practicing a calming jaw-release posture outdoors with hands in namaste, representing how jaw tension affects puffiness and dark circles.

Every morning, you try something — an eye cream, a jade roller, more sleep.
But the puffiness stays. The dull skin returns. The eyes still feel heavy.

What if the real cause… isn’t your eyes at all?

What if it’s your jaw?

In today’s class (Day 6 of the 10-Day Age-Less Glow-More Skincare Challenge), we focused on one thing most women overlook: jaw tension and TMJ tightness.
And the results showed up on every face.

Let’s understand why.

How is your jawline connected to puffiness, dull skin & dark circles?

Most people never connect their jaw to their under-eyes.
But the connection is deep — structurally, energetically, and emotionally.

Here’s how jaw tension affects your glow:

  • Clenched jaws block lymph drainage from cheeks and under-eyes
  • TMJ tightness creates puffiness around the mouth and face
  • Facial tension = poor circulation = dull skin
  • Night grinding increases fluid retention
  • Stress in the jaw tenses the whole face — especially the eye area

Your face holds more than expressions.
It holds emotion.
And the jaw is the body’s silent stress absorber.

What did we do in Day 6 to release this tension?

Today’s ritual in the Glomax Class focused on three layers of release:

1. Jawline Decompression & TMJ Softeners

We used a gentle, upward jaw release technique to open stuck fascia around the jaw joint.
These moves reduce tightness from inside the mouth outwards.

Result: more space around the jaw, less “puffy lower face,” relaxed under-eyes.

2. Knuckle Oil Activation Before Movement

Before movement, we massaged a few drops of our Skin Glow Roll-On into the hands and knuckles.
Inspired by acupressure and Ayurvedic wisdom — this helps:

  • Stimulate energy points connected to the face
  • Relax the nervous system through palms
  • Warm the joints (like pehelwans used to do before training)

This makes movement more effective. The fascia softens, not resists.

We used the Skin Glow Roll-On — a blend of vetiver, flaxseed oil, clary sage and vitamin-rich botanicals.
Soothing. Grounding. Detoxifying.

3. Movement, Joy, and Lymphatic Flow

Then came the fun part:
A guided, feminine body-dance sequence to boost flow, joy and facial glow.

Why movement?

  • It activates your lymph system — helping flush puffiness
  • It brings energy from feet → spine → face
  • It melts residual jaw and neck tension
  • And it raises serotonin levels, which helps eyes look brighter

Most women think skincare starts with serums.
But it starts in your joints, your fascia, your joy.

Is this a one-day ritual or a complete system?

Day 6 focused on jawline + energy release.
But every day in the Age-Less Glow-More Challenge focuses on a new root cause:

  • One day we activate lymph
  • One day we soften the pelvic floor
  • One day we focus on breath + skin oxygenation
  • One day we work on under-eyes
  • And today, we addressed the jaw — the hidden lock of the face

This is not random.
It’s the Slow Glow Method.
A feminine, full-spectrum ritual to awaken glow from inside-out.

One class. Many results:

  • Puffiness softens
  • Eyes brighten
  • Jawline lifts
  • Skin glows
  • You feel lighter, calmer, clearer

How can you experience this ritual live?
