I Thought My Dark Circles Were Permanent. I Was Wrong.

When I joined Yuvaap, my biggest concern was my under-eyes.

I had dark circles that made my face look tired all the time. Even on days when I felt fine, my reflection looked dull and exhausted. I often found myself trying to hide my under-eyes instead of feeling confident about my face.

Like many women, I believed I simply needed the right skincare product.

But I soon realized my face was responding to much more than just skincare.

A Different Way to Care for My Skin

At Yuvaap, I wasn't told to chase quick fixes.

Instead, I was guided to build small daily habits that could support my skin from the inside and outside.

I learned that what I eat and how I nourish my body can affect how my skin looks.

Rather than following strict diets, I focused on simple, sustainable nutrition habits that supported my overall well-being.

E — Exercise

Face Yoga became part of my everyday routine.

The guided exercises and pressure points, especially around the under-eye area, helped improve circulation and relax facial muscles. Along with regular practice, I started noticing that my dark circles looked lighter and my face appeared fresher.

R — Relaxation

One of the biggest changes wasn't just on my face—it was within me.

As I became consistent with my routine, I felt calmer, more positive, and much happier. Looking in the mirror no longer made me focus only on my dark circles.

Instead, I started noticing my progress.

D — Detox

To support my Face Yoga practice, I also started using the Kumkumadi Power Face Yoga Ritual Kit.

The Under-Eye Roll-On quickly became one of my favourite parts of the routine. Combined with Face Yoga, it turned my skincare into a peaceful self-care ritual that I actually looked forward to every day.
