Block 1: Body Relax & Release (2 minutes)

This block helps your body shift from “doing” to “unwinding.” It relaxes the nervous system, supports overnight detox, and softens the stress that sits in your muscles and skin.

1. Mini Foot Massage (1:00)

Apply 5–6 drops of Rose Geranium Body Oil to your feet and gently massage in slow, circular motions. Use your thumbs to press into the arches, heels, and toes.

Why it works:
The soles of your feet are connected to every organ via nerve endings. Massaging them calms your vagus nerve and signals your body that it’s safe to rest, leading to less stress, better sleep, and softer skin by morning. The grounding effect also reduces cortisol, the stress hormone.

2. Nabhi (Navel) Massage (0:30)

Warm 2 drops of Rose Geranium Body Oil between your fingers and gently circle around your belly button, clockwise.

Why it works:
Your navel is home to over 70,000 nerves. This gentle touch activates digestion and balances your gut-hormone axis while you sleep, resulting in less bloating, better hormone balance, and a soft glow from the inside out.

3. Kidney Rub (0:30)

Place your palms on your lower back (kidney area) and rub briskly in circular strokes for 30 seconds.

Why it works:
This wakes up circulation in your adrenal zone and helps “reset” fatigue from the day, so you feel warmer, calmer, and your body enters repair mode faster—giving your skin a real overnight refresh..

Block 2: Skin Nourish (5 minutes)

This block is about giving your skin what it truly needs at night: repair, nourishment, and calm. It’s not about layers of product—it’s about the right touch at the right time.

4. Toner Refresh (0:15)

Spray Trehi Toner onto clean, dry skin.

Why it works:
This preps your skin by lightly hydrating it and making it more receptive to oils and massage, creating a clean base for better absorption—leaving skin plump, not greasy.

5. Face Massage (2:30)

Apply 3–4 drops of Delay Ageing Night Face Oil. Use upward strokes across the cheeks, jawline, forehead, and neck.

Why it works:
Nighttime is when your skin repairs. This massage boosts blood flow, melts tension, and helps the herbs in the oil go deeper—reducing fine lines and leaving you with smoother, glowing skin by morning.

6. Under-Eye Massage (1:00)

Use Delay Ageing Roll-On (Vetiver + Fennel) under and around the eyes with gentle, sweeping motions.

Why it works:
These herbs cool the skin and reduce fluid buildup around delicate eye tissue—so you wake up with less puffiness, lighter under-eyes, and a fresher look.

7. Ear, Temple & Nape Massage (1:00)

Continue with the same roll-on. Massage the temples, behind the ears, and the back of your neck.

Why it works:
These areas hold screen fatigue and mental tension—massaging them relaxes your facial muscles, calms your nervous system, and softens expression lines for deeper sleep and brighter skin.

8. Toner Seal (0:15)

Spritz Trehi Toner again to finish.

Why it works:
Sealing in the oil helps lock in hydration and calm your skin barrier overnight—so you wake up dewy, not dry, with balanced, well-rested skin.

8b. Lip Nourishment (0:15)

Apply a generous layer of Lip Balm in soft circular motions.

Why it works:
Since your lips lack oil glands, they dry out quickly overnight—nourishing them before bed helps heal cracks and keeps them smooth and soft by morning.

Block 3: Outdoor Calm & Closure (3 minutes)

This block isn’t just for your skin—it’s for your sleep, mood, and nervous system. It helps your body shut down the noise and shift into deep rest.

9. Star Tratak (0:30)

Look up at a single star in the sky. Keep your gaze soft and still.

Why it works:
This simple visual meditation clears mental fog and sharpens your thoughts—bringing your mind into focus and helping you feel clearer and more grounded.

10. Moon Tratak (0:30)

Now gently gaze at the moon—no effort, no strain.

Why it works:
Looking at the moon helps sync your hormones and circadian rhythm, especially melatonin—leading to deeper, more restful sleep and better overnight skin repair.

11. Om Chant (1:00)

Chant “Om” slowly 7 times with full, deep breath.

Why it works:
The vibration of “Om” lowers cortisol and creates a peaceful brain rhythm—helping you not just feel calm, but look calm. Your skin reflects that inner stillness.

12. Palming + Gratitude (0:30)

Rub your palms together and gently place them over your closed eyes. Think of one thing you’re thankful for.

Why it works:
Warmth soothes tired eyes, and gratitude activates the parasympathetic nervous system—leaving your eyes rested, your expression softer, and your glow infused with emotional depth.

13. Silent Close (0:30)

Sit quietly. No music, no words. Just stillness.

Why it works:
Silence lets your body shift from doing to resting. It tells your brain: “The day is done.” Your sleep begins from a place of peace—and that’s the real source of overnight glow.
