All you need is 15–20 minutes, clean hands, and a mirror.

1. Cheek Puff & Hold (3 minutes)
- Fill your mouth with air and puff up your cheeks.
- Hold for 10 seconds, then slowly release.
- Repeat 10 times.

2. Smile Smoother Press (3 minutes)
- Place two fingers lightly on the corners of your mouth.
- Smile gently while applying slight resistance with your fingers.
- Hold the smile for 5 seconds, then relax.
- Repeat 10 times.

3. Upward Cheek Lift Massage (4 minutes)
- Use your fingertips to gently lift the flesh of your cheeks in an upward motion.
- Follow the contour from the mouth corners to the top of your cheekbones.
- Do this slowly for 2 minutes each side.

4. Fish Face Hold (2 minutes)
- Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a “fish face.”
- Hold for 10 seconds, then relax.
- Repeat 5–7 times.

5. Full Face Tapping (3 minutes)
- Lightly tap your face using all your fingers — from forehead to jawline.
- Focus more on the smile line area and cheeks.
- End by placing palms on your face and breathing deeply.
