Version 1 · effective 19 October 2026

Yuvaap live classes are a community. With your permission, we would love to share real moments from class so more women feel encouraged to start. By ticking the box before you join, you agree to the following.

1. What this covers

Photos, screenshots and short video clips in which you appear during Yuvaap live classes (in the Yuvaap app, on YouTube or on any other platform we hold classes on), taken on or after the date you tick the box. Nothing from before that date is covered.

2. Who may use them

Yuvaap and its sister brand Trehi Organics.

3. Where they may appear

Our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp channels, our websites and app, online ads, emails, and printed material.

4. How we will use them, respectfully

• Only images that show you in a positive and dignified way.
• We may crop, adjust light and colour, and add text or our brand graphics. We will not change your face or body to alter how you look.
• We will not use your image to make medical or guaranteed-result claims.
• We may show your first name. We will never publish your phone number or other contact details.
• We will not knowingly use an image that shows another person (for example, family members at home) without their own permission.

5. No payment

This permission is given free of charge. No fee or royalty is payable for any use.

6. Changing your mind

You can withdraw this consent at any time by messaging us on the same Yuvaap WhatsApp number that sends your class links. We will stop any new use of your images within 7 working days and remove them from our own pages and running ads where we can. Material already printed, or already shared by other people, may not be possible to recall.

7. Age

You must be 18 or older to give this consent. Please do not let children appear on camera during class.

8. Our record

We keep a record of your name, number, and the date and time you gave this consent, only to show that you agreed. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp.
